The Cooper&Hunter Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner and Heater (SKU: CH-PTW-12HPGF) has a cooling capacity of 12,000/11,800 BTU/h and a heating capacity of 10,800/10,500 BTU/h, along with a 3.5 kW 10,900/8,900 BTU/h electric heater. This unit is perfect for residential, commercial, or hotel use.

Designed for 230/208V,1Ph,60Hz, this system uses R-32 refrigerant and comes with a 20A power plug with a reset breaker. Please ensure you have the correct receptacle before placing your order. For new installations, a wall sleeve and exterior grille are required, but not included.
